Representing these prestigious brands, based in our Aelia duty Free at Auckland International Airport, you will be expected to work as a team to provide an exceptional world class level of service; and achieve sales budgets by being proactive and interacting effectively with customers using your wine and spirits expertise.

- In-depth knowledge of premium Wine, Champagne and Spirits
- A passion for sales with a genuine interest in providing a unique and exciting shopping experience for our customers
- Retail sales experience would be a strong advantage however it really is all about having the right attitude, drive and potential to develop relevant skills
- As you will be required to submit sales reports to your vendor, it is necessary that you are proficient using Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to communicate convincingly and with confidence
- Exceptional presentation and a professional approach; with the ability to demonstrate a high level of respect, honesty and integrity that reflects the brand values
- Fluency in Mandarin would be preferable as a large portion of the product range customer base are Chinese speakers
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment our stores operate to meet our customers' needs and are open 7 days per week. To be considered for this awesome opportunity our expectation is that you will be flexible to work across busy operational hours in both our Departures and Arrivals stores, covering specific flights which could include late finishes of around 11pm and at least one weekend day. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week.
